Step 1 - Decide preferred clinic or day required for the appointment & select that location in the drop-down menu. 

Step 2 - Select your preferred appointment type; Halaxy Telehealth (video consult), In-clinic consult (face to face) or Phone Consult. 
Step 3 - Select Initial Consultation (45 mins) or Review (30 mins)
