Our fees are available on our website, and you may be eligible for rebates:

Private health insurance: You may be able to claim a rebate if your cover includes dietetics — check with your provider.

Medicare: If you have a chronic health condition (like diabetes), your GP may refer you under a GP Management Plan for Medicare rebates.

Your First Appointment (45 minutes)
Our initial consultation is all about getting to know you. we will:

Explore your current diet, eating habits, and food preferences

Discuss how your lifestyle, work, and family influence your eating

Review your medical history, medications, supplements, test results, and relevant letters from your healthcare team

Provide up-to-date nutrition advice tailored to your health conditions and overall wellbeing

Collaborate with you to set realistic goals and strategies that fit your life
What about a meal plan?
Our initial consultation doesn’t include a custom meal plan. We may provide a general example to get you started, but if you'd like a personalised meal plan, we’re happy to discuss this with you — additional fees apply.
Review Appointments (30 minutes)
Sustainable change takes time — and we’re here for the long haul. In these follow-up sessions, we’ll:
